Great value, would book here again. Conveniently located hotel with really attentive staff. Lugano City-Centre district deserves to be explored. Fantastic restaurants right by the venue. The room was upgraded...

Nothing too much trouble, we will choose the place for future trips when in Lugano. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

greatly enjoyed the location in front of a train station. the ambiance of the hotel was lovely. definitely would happily return. property's position short way from all places we wanted to see, like little nemo art gallery.
